About the role:

Opportunity for a Senior Client Services Administrator to join a progressive, supportive, and social Accounting Firm. This role will see the successful candidate supporting two partners in an EA capacity. In addition this role assists in the management of exciting marketing and event campaigns.

 
Key duties:

  • Extensive daily diary, correspondence and email management
  • Administrative support to Corporate Advisory team
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Tax Administration support
  • Design and distribution of firm newsletters
  • Extensive organisation of firm events for clients and staff

Key skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Client Services Administrator
  • Experience in an Accounting firm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
