Client Details

A major multi line food manufacturing business delivering ambient and chilled products into Woolworths is looking for a Maintenance Manager. You will effectively manage the maintenance, resources and activities to optimise equipment performance and implement TPM. 
 
Description

Reporting to the Site Manager the Engineering Manager will hold responsibility over the full engineering and maintenance function. You will:

- Manage the team of 8 and associated annual budget
- Devise and Lead the implementation of TPM on site and improve the use of the company CMMS
- Train and develop all staff to achieve a multi skilled engineering team
- Lead projects to enhance equipment uptime and effectiveness

Your role reports directly to the site leadership team of this $250m business, the role requires a dynamic people leadership style. In return you will work for a rapidly growing food business with secure long term contracts with the likes of Wolworths and Coles.

Profile

To be sucessful in applying for this role you will:

- Hold experience managing an Engineering team and budget within A Food or FMCG Environment 
- You will be a trade qualified engineer ideally also being Degree qualified in an engineering subject 
- Engineering degree in relevant discipline would be advantageous
- You will be able to evidence having implemented a safety first working culture, TPM methodologies and be able to demonstrate considerable savings regards a maintenance budget
