Currently, they have a requirement for a Real Estate Senior Associate with 6+ years PAE to join their Melbourne team. You will be working with talented practitioners who are passionate about your development and will be given exposure to a wide variety of major projects.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced lawyer to manage complex commercial property law transactions including joint ventures, land sales, leases, development agreements and vendor/purchaser due diligence. You will be working closely with a highly experienced team, focusing on major real estate and development projects.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 6+ years PQE gained within a leading property practice;
- Experience working on complex property transactions;
- Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills;
- Strong time management, organisational and multitasking skills;
- Outstanding client relationships skills;
- A strong academic record.
