About the role:

This global creative agency is looking for a Receptionist to join their collaborative and fun office based in South Melbourne.

As the office Receptionist, you will be seen as the face of the business and ensure all internal and external clients are being provided with outstanding customer service.

This is a permanent role with standard Monday-Friday hours. A professional Receptionist with office experience is required for this position.

 

Key duties:
 

  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Organising mail
  • General ad-hoc duties if and when required

Key skills:
 

  • Experience as a Corporate Receptionist 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office suite
