  • Develop the short and long term commercial strategy’s
  • Analyse and plan for channel promotional activity driven by insights
  • Lead the architecture of the commercial strategy
  • Drive activity effectiveness and productivity in partnership with retailers
  • Initiate efficient promotional go-to-market models
  • Track and identify environmental trends to support business strategy’s
  • Develop annual events calender with all internal Marketing stakeholders

Profile

  • You will come from an extensive Grocery/Retail or FMCG background 
  • Have thorough working exposure across Marketing, Category, Account and Field management 
  • You have had multi channel exposure most importantly Independents 
  • Strong data analytics and ability identifying trends and building strong business cases
  • Creating compelling commercial recommendations to retailers
  • You have resilience and are used to working in an agile environment
  • Superior negotiation skills Stakeholder management
