About the role:

Temporary opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Consultant to be part of a busy contact centre.  
Work for a leading telecommunication business based in the CBD on an ongoing contract. This role requires someone with experience in both inbound and outbound customer service.   
Fun and social contact centre environment based in the heart of Melbourne. 

Key duties:
  • Taking inbound, and making outbound calls
  • Giving advice and support to customers
  • Data entry
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Responding to email queries

Key skills:
  • 6 months + in a contact centre role
  • Outbound & inbound experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
