Client Details

This vibrant and collaborative Accounting Firm are seeking an Administrator/Client Services Coordinator to work from their Hawthorn office. 


Description

Working directly with managers and partners, you will be responsible for
  • Client services
  • ASIC, APS and Case 360 experience 
  • Maintenance of practice management software
  • Assistance with Practice reporting and procedures
  • Incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • General administration and secretarial duties
Profile

Experience in a similar role within an accounting firm
  • Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
  • Previously have used ASIC, APS and Case 360

Competitive salary remuneration package based upon experience $60,000 - $70,000 + super.
