Our client is a well established global business with a strong brand in the market.  Head officed in Europe they have a strong foothold in the Australian market and have built their business reputation on quality product and customer centricity.  As a result of a resignation, they are now looking to replace a senior Customer Marketing Manager.


 

Description

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an established marketer to come in and make their mark.  You will be responsible for one of the largest channels, but with the biggest opportunity for growth.  Your role will involve setting the strategy around growth, communication and engagement across this channel, using insight and data driven marketing activities to position the company’s diverse product portfolio as well as drive the loyalty program to achieve growth targets and revenue results.  


 

Profile

 

To be successful in this role you will have worked at a mid to senior level in a complex product orientated business in a customer centric role.  You will have a strong marketing background, ideally having driven sophisticated marketing programs locally with a knowledge of how to position your product offering to a diverse customer base.  You will have a sound understanding of what it takes to bring a product to market including creating value propositions and delivering these through communication programs.  Insights driven in your approach you will also be highly commercial with the ability to understand how to engage with your customers as well as build strong stakeholder relationships and influence across a business.
