Client Details

FutureYou have partnered with an exceptional client in the mortgage space under a larger company in the residential sales space that is looking for a passionate and autonomous mortgage broker to hit the ground running.


The Mortgage Broker will focus on building trust and growing their relationship with the internal sales team who will refer business on an ongoing basis.  The secondary focus will be to utilise their existing database of around 40,000 opportunities to convert into loans. You will use your in depth industry knowledge to identify new opportunities and write loans consistently.  You will be a great communicator who succeeds at building long term relationships.

The successful candidate will have hands on experience in mortgage broking and proven results in sales. You will be a highly motivated, passionate individual with great industry knowledge. Ideally, you will also meet the following criteria:


  • Ability to generate new business with strong negotiation and closing skills from referrals or databases
  • Confident at implementing loan strategies to clients and signing off deals
  • Provides excellent and consistent customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and successful at building referral and client relationships
  • Experience in phone and face to face sales
  • MUST be able to work Saturday’s and Sundays (some flexibility time to time)
  • Experience in using Connective preferred but not manditory
  • Strong market understanding with ability to write your own loans
