Description

This is a project based requirement for an outstanding and credible Cyber Security Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the recruitment of multiple cyber security professionals into the business. The core responsibilities are as follow:

  • Source Cyber Security Specialists through online channels (Linkedin Recruiter/ Boolean searching) and professional networks
  • Coordinate and consult with hiring managers re staffing needs and requirement
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, and face-to-face interviews
  • Assess candidate information; review resume, engage with references, confirm qualifications


Profile

To be considered for this application, you will have extensive experience in a similar position within agency or internal or both. You will have:

  • Experience working within IT Sales or recruitment
  • Understanding of the complexities of Cyber Security
  • Credible and confident stakeholder engagement skills
  • A resourceful mindset and ability to map the market
  • Proficiency with Linkedin Recruiter and Boolean searching
  • A solid work ethic and 'No-fuss, crack on with the task at hand' attitude
