Description

As a competent, diligent, and savvy Recruitment Coordinator, you will have full responsibility for supporting a high performing Talent Acquisition function. This is a highly administrative role that will give full visibility across the recruitment function. The core responsibilities are as follows but not limited too:
  • Adhering to tight business schedules
  • Organising interviews and follow-ups
  • Manage all room bookings to facilitate interviews
  • Monitoring interviews to make sure they run smoothly
  • Assist with the coordination of recruiting activities
  • Initiating pre-employment checks
  • Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidates
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Profile

To be successful in this application, you will resonate with the recruitment function and have the passion and personality to engage a range of stakeholders whilst demonstrating the tenacity and resilience to work in a target driven environment.  

Additionally, you will have;
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within Recruitment/HR
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to display a high level of discretion and judgement
  • Ability to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines
  • Flexible and responsive to change in direction and priorities
  • Self-motivated
  • Friendly, personable and professional manner
  • Proficient in MS Office
