About the role:

This business in Melbourne’s inner-suburbs is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their collaborative and close-knit team.

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be seen as the face of the business and ensure all internal and external clients are being provided with outstanding customer service.

This is a temporary role with standard Monday-Friday hours. A professional Receptionist with corporate experience is required for this position.


Key duties:

  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Organising mail
  • General ad-hoc duties if and when required

Key skills:

  • Experience as a Corporate Receptionist 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office suite
