Client Details

With over 40 years experienece in the Accouting industry my client is seeking a professinal part-time Personal Assistant to support one of the Partners based in South Melbourne working 3 days per week. 

Description

In this dynamic and integral role you will be:
  • Collating reports, document preparation, timesheets, expenses, email administration on behalf of the Partner
  • Engaged in the team’s project work and assisting with the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
  • Proactively managing diaries, organising internal and client meetings, client events and arranging domestic travel
  • Contacts, engagement letters, reporting, billing, etc
  • Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information
  • Dictaphone and dictatyping 
  • Ad hoc administration to the team
Profile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in liaising with stakeholders from all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly professional, quick thinker with a can do attitude and sense of humour
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Minimum 2 year's experienece in working withing a Accounting Firm
  • Preferred experienece with MYOB-AE
