The Opportunity:

An opportunity exists to be involved with a construction business that is well established, and yet has huge growth potential.

Based in the city fringe, you will be supporting the CEO as well as two other Senior Executives with the day to day running of the business.

A traditional EA role, you will be the right hand and backbone of this business.  Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary management for three
  • Coordinate travel – both domestic and international
  • Organise meetings – internal and external
  • Create reports and presentations
  • Take monthly meeting minutes and distribute accordingly
  • Inbox management
  • Organise meetings and set up rooms, catering, equipment
  • General administration as required
You:

This role would suit a highly experienced and resilient EA that is accustomed to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  To be considered – you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of EA or PA experience
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information, exercising discretion
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
