As our Application Support Team Lead you will support +50 applications and lead the team in the delivery of technical services in a cloud-based environment via software, platform and infrastructure as a service and provide strategic direction and leadership on the implementation, ongoing support and continuous improvement of services and seeking opportunities for automation. You will be responsible for managing the teams professional development and upskilling in order to meet the challenges of the digital transformation and cloud-based services.

  • Tertiary qualification in information Technology and/or Business
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, evaluate and report on delivery functions in alignment to the organisation’s strategic, business and operating plans
  • Significant knowledge of and experience in providing strategic information technology consulting services within a large corporate or government environment
  • Strong conceptual abilities coupled with a strong communication capability
  • Ability to build and manage strong connections and relationships with senior management and a range of stakeholders and business partners, both internal and external
  • Ability to coach and mentor others to build technical knowledge and expertise
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
