This Not-for-Profit organisation are seeking a Administrator to work their Melbourne CBD office. 


You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting reception desk as needed, meeting and greeting 
  • Maintaining databases and contact lists
  • Processing funding requests 
  • Communication with stakeholders on administrative topics
  • Developing, organising and distributing information and resources for the team
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events and training sessions
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent accuracy and close attention to detail
  • The ability to work as part of a team to achieve collective goals
  • The ability to develop rapport and build positive relationships
Job Offer

Competitive salary remuneration package based upon experience $60,000 - $70,000 + super.
