A small advisory service situated in Sydney's CBD, our client is seeking to appoint a competent PA/Office Administrator into the team on a part-time basis. 
 

Description

The successful applicant will provide the Partner with PA, support ensuring the smooth and efficient running of his day whilst looking after the day-to-day office administration. The core responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Diary Management
  • Travel Coordination (domestic and international)
  • Sorting and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail
  • Liaising with clients directly and indirectly; responding to telephone, email, face-to-face enquiries and drafting correspondence.
  • Review task-list priorities
  • Supplier invoices send to receipt bank / Xero Practice Manager
  • Scanning documents and document shredding in line with privacy policy
  • Draft Fee Proposals
  • Uploading information into Intello
  • Process annual Statements and company ASIC invoices
  • Manage Xero Subscriptions
  • Setup new client ledgers with standard chart of accounts for each entity type
  • Assist with preparation of client documents for signing, including annual compliance and Tax
  • Post lodgement; send notices of assessment
  • Social Media Management (i.e. LinkedIn)
  • Inputting data on clients profiles on CRM system
Profile
