About the role:

This Australian owned business design and construct energy solutions for commercial buildings.

They are after an Office Manager to also support two executives in an EA capacity.

This small office with a flat structure makes it a fun and friendly working environment. They are looking for someone who fits into their social culture likes working at a fast pace. This opportunity would suit someone who doesn't mind getting rolling up their sleeves and going above and beyond to make the office a great place to work.

Key Duties
  • Provide EA support to 2 x executives
  • Reception duties
  • Answer all incoming calls and signing for couriers
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute to the team
  • Ordering stationery and facilities management

Key skills:
  • Be tertiary degree qualified
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Suite and Adobe
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
