- Corporate client seeking to add headcount with an Education specialist
- You will have 5+ years of experience in education & mixed-use project delivery
- Have the ability to lead, develop & mentor teams
You will be responsible for managing the day to day delivery of the project/s which includes but is not limited to: forecasting and managing design fee & budgets, managing all associated 3rd parties and setting the strategy. This role requires a high level of ability to assess, identify and manage all potential risks associated to the projects.
Working alongside the client and General Manager, you will have the ability to seek out opportunities to implement strategies to ensure delivery of projects in conformity with development plan and overall business strategy. This role requires you to manage the consistency of the design and project process, and to check for end user functionality in compliance with best practice industry standards.
Developing and managing effective relationships with stakeholder's is a priority in this role, meaning you must have excellent communications skills and the ability to manage and influence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project or development management in all aspects of a project lifecycle and ideally have exposure to the education and office sectors. They will have at least 7 years and will have a degree in either real estate, construction or similar.
