Client Details
This growing Accounting Firm are seeking a full time Bookkeeper to work out of there Melbourne CBD office. The firm is is funky, vibrant and has great team collaboration and company culture. 

You will be responsible for: 
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing weekly takings
  • Preparing weekly payables
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Generating invoices
  • General administrative duties and other tasks within reasonable expectation of job role including: scanning, photocopying, assisting answering calls
Ideally you will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting/finance
  • Advanced Computer Skills (Word, Excel and MYOB)
  • Accurate Data Entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Adaptability & flexibility
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage unpredictable & varying workloads

Job Offer

$55,000 - $70,000 package
