Our client is a well established business in the property sector. Having built their brand on quality and exceptional customer service, they are now embarking on a rapid growth trajectory and as such it is an exciting time to be joining their team.
This truly is an exciting Senior Marketing Manager role where you will have end to end responsibility and autonomy across all elements of the marketing mix. You will play a pivotal part in formulating strategic objectives and delivering these with your team, to help the business achieve their commercial and growth targets. This will involve everything from brand building through consumer insight, brand proposition development and then delivering through ATL and BTL campaign activity. In addition, you will manage all lead generation and lead nurturing activity ensuring that conversion is optimised and NPS scores maintained as well as develop digital and social media strategies.
To be successful in this role you will have likely come from a service orientated consumer driven business, in an all-encompassing marketing role. Moreover, you will be used to operating in a business that prides itself on customer satisfaction and NPS and you will be able to demonstrate your experience in performance marketing activities and the results they have yielded for your brand. You will be highly entrepreneurial and somebody who likes to push the envelope and implement strategic initiatives that are at the cutting edge in order to propel build a brand in order to leverage market share. You will be somebody who thrives in being able to roll up your sleeves and have an impact on outcomes, in a business where there is next to no bureaucracy and red tape and where decisions can be made quickly.
