CRM Manager 

A great opportunity for a CRM specialist or executive to join the team as a CRM Manager. You will be responsible for the delivery of direct customer communication to our customer base. The objective of the role is to ensure that my client executes the right communications to our customer base through the right channel and at the right time. It is a critical component of our customer-centric journey and for this role specifically, we are looking for someone who understands the customer journey and who will work with the customer experience and design teams to create this journey. In particular, you will be designing, implementing and monitoring campaigns that help build customer value as they progress through the various life-stages of my client.

 

Your duties will include;

  • Plan, brief and execute CRM lifecycle campaigns/journeys through all channels, with a particular focus on email and SMS  
  • Using insights and data to ensure CRM marketing activities are optimised.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of all CRM marketing activities, complete post-campaign analysis and share learnings
  • Track financial effectiveness of campaigns through regular reporting
  • Test variants to constantly improve implemented campaigns
