Our client is making headlines as one of the Southern hemisphere’s largest and most high profile infrastructure development projects. In addition, locally the development is providing significant employment opportunities and jobs for thousands of people. Having created their head office function, they have quickly established a team of highly experienced and talented people across all functions and developed an agile working culture with a high degree of flexibility. Due to further growth and establishment, they have a requirement to bring on a specialist Internal Communications professional into a newly created role.
As Internal Communications and Engagement Manager your role will be collaborate with business leaders to successfully deliver key objectives and priorities through effective communication strategies. In addition to managing change through communications across the business, you will own the rollout of the internal communications framework as well as use your expertise to guide and advise senior stakeholders across the business on all things related to internal communications and engagement.
To be successful in this role you will have ideally operated in an Internal Communications or Engagement role, or you could have been an all round communications professional where you have had a heavy emphasis on the Internal Communications framework and strategy. You will be comfortable engaging with a diverse stakeholder group and will sight your project management skills as among your key strengths.
