  • Monitoring and attending to technical support queries via face to face, telephone and ServiceNow task management system and ensuring all work is recorded in ServiceNow
  • Taking ownership of tickets to ensure effective resolution and/or escalation of second level/desktop support issues in accordance with client requirements and service level agreement timeframes
  • Taking ownership and care in managing and maintaining technology equipment and assets
  • Identifying re-occurring support issues and contribute to problem resolution including appropriately and escalating calls to other technology groups as appropriate, ensuring all necessary information is documented
  • Other reasonable duties relating to the provision of technology services resulting from changing business needs

  • Experience in administrating and supporting a Windows desktop environment that includes PC desktops, printers, laptops, mobile devices, phones, remote access and associated peripherals and technologies
  • Network administration experience including creating user accounts and groups, changing passwords, changing security levels
  • Experience and understanding of administering and supporting VoIP, mobile and internet technologies
  • Experience and understanding of network and server systems and associated technologies including switches, routers and patch panelling systems
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrated technical training including the achievement of at least one technical certification
  • Experience in setting up and troubleshooting remote access via Citrix/RSA administration
