Our client is an internationally recognised real estate giant that focuses on all types of property across all divisions of commercial, industrial and retail.
This role is to solely run and manage the full operational functions of this neighbourhood shopping centre. Whilst working with the wider property team, you will assist in setting and managing the ongoing CAPEX and OPEX budgets alongside making sure that the centre and surrounding are always operating and presenting at a high standard.
You will come from a strong property background and have a minimum of 3+ years plus of working experience in a position within Facilities or Operations Management in retail shopping centres. Whilst having a technical background is important, so is an outgoing personality to work within a small team environment and the ability to liaise with associated third parties is important. Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with a proactive and positive work approach.
