FutureYou have partnered with a national organisation based in the heart of the Sydney CBD in the recruitment of a Payroll Project Manager. The organisation have grown significantly in head count recently and due to the simplified nature of their payroll structure, they are considering the outsourcing process. This is in the very beginning stages and will need you to come in an guide the process.

This organisation is household known and is becoming an even larger brand. You will be joining a Payroll Manager and 1 Payroll Administrator. This role sits under both Finance and HR in a very integrated position. 


This role is related to the outsourcing of payroll to ADP Payline, from start to finish. This will be a 12 month contract but obviously will depend on the project. 


In order to be considered please ensure you have ADP Payline or Payforce experience, having the system experience is essential as they are outsourcing to them. They are currently using MicroPay Meridian, however this is not essential. Please ensure you have experience in full function processing as you will be stepping in where necessary. Outsourcing project experience is highly regarded. 

Job Offer

This role is offering $120k - $120k + Super depending on experience and what you can bring to the table. They are based in the Sydney CBD with all public transport links local. You are entitled to their products such as insurances and benefits. You are also able to work from home and have additional days off.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Manager who is immediately available and has extensive experience using ADP.
