Description
As the Freight & Distribution Administrator, you will support the logistics team by processing and recording data and information. They will be responsible for ensuring invoices are processed on time so that vendors are paid on time and to enable accurate spend tracking. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the Freight & Distribution Invoice processing
  • Draw monthly invoice reports and spend per vendor data
  • Liaise with vendors
  • Prepare Vendor and Insurance claims
  • Liaise with insurers for claim tracking
  • Participate in Supplier Management Programs
  • Record reported incidents/ exceptions from service Partners
  • Make suggestion for optimisations and improvements
  • Participate in projects related to logistics operations
 
Profile
  • 1-2 years experience working with invoices/quotes
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and proactive
  • Experience in using ERP system
  • Diploma in Logistics Management or other related field (desirable)
  • Continuous Improvement experience
