Our client is a well known, well established business who have been operating in the property industry in Australia for the last 40 years. They have built their reputation and brand on quality workmanship, as well as their philosophy for building relationships with their customers and their focus on a strong NPS. Due to their recent acquisition by a large global player, the business is now poised to embark on their next period of growth and as such are expanding their marketing team.
As Marketing Manager your role will be to work in conjunction with a Senior Marketing Manager and the Head of Marketing to develop a brand strategy and proposition, with a key drive to grow brand awareness and ultimately knowledge of the product offering in market. This will involve developing and executing a robust marketing plan, campaigns above and below the line including digital and social media.
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in a Marketing role within the property industry with a focus on Communities, Greenfields, Masterfields or possibly built form developments. You may be operating at a Marketing Management level or you could be a coordinator or executive who is ready to step up. You will be accomplished in managing campaigns across all channels including Digital and Social Media which will be a key focus across the Marketing function moving forward. A collaborative person by nature, you will use your softer touch to engage with different stakeholders both internally and externally and you will enjoy bringing people on a journey.
