Client Details

This pro-active and progressive Accounting Firm are seeking a Practice Manager to work from their Eastern Office. 


You will be responsible for:

  • Keep the Managing Directors up to date in relevant business matters
  • Prepare for & chair monthly Directors & Managers Meetings
  • Prepare & chair weekly Manager Meetings. Raise/update Manager’s on relevant business and workflow.
  • Record staff leave entitlements and maintain files
  • Recruitment and induction of all new staff members
  • Process Staff Payroll using Xero Payroll and Superannuation
  • ATO lodgements
  • End of Financial Year update of Checklists & Standard Letter, etc
  • Update and maintain policies and procedures
  • Oversee & co-ordinate IT requirements & Software Updates
  • Manage a team of 4x Administrators
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

Previous Practice Manager experience  within an accounting firm

  • Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
  • Previously have used Xero and Practice Manager

Competitive salary remuneration package based upon experience $80,000 - $100,000 package + 1x RDO once per month.
