They would be described as progressive in their way of thinking as they strategically acquire, develop and manage a variety of different Shopping Centres.
As the Sales Manager, you are an integral part of asset management team. It will be your responsibility to drive income from multiple Brand iQ revenue streams such as; Casual Mall Leasing, Mall Media and Supplementary and Vacant Shops as required. You will be required to manage all existing key accounts with clients and continuously aim to identify existing and new business opportunities as presented. This role consistently requires a high standard across all media campaigns and client pop ups.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all data and financial reporting across both assets.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in Casual Mall Leasing or can demonstrate strong experience within a high performing sales environment ideally within retail.
