Client Details
Our client is an Australian owned company which prides itself on its luxury products. They are passionate about culture with a one team view as well as entrepreneurial spirit. The company has a wide portfolio ranging from retail to agriculture.
As the logistics administrator you will be responsible for the operations within the Distribution Centre, both receiving goods and supply of goods out to stores. It will be your responsibility to check invoices and customs documentation as well as issuing payment orders. Also, must ensure accuracy of data in the system and the correct amount of goods receivable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Processing goods shipping from DC to international and domestic destination
  • Ensure correct documentation for goods transfer and manage communication with customs
  • Process and check invoices from suppliers against order and send for approval once discrepancies have been dealt with
  • Ensure correct documentation and effective communication for goods and financial flow between DC and suppliers
  • Process goods receivable and check based on Quality Control report
  • Update stock in AX system
  • Process stock replenishment
  • University degree
  • Good computer skills
  • 2-3 years in logistics operations roles
  • Administration experience
  • Import/export knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills able to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Results driven and ability to prioritise
  • Strong team player
