Highly sought after global Professional Services Consultancy looking for a Director of Customer Experience.

As a senior practitioner in the Digital Strategy and Transformation practice, you will be responsible for the growth o the Digital Customer Experience practice, managing and delivering innovative and best in class Customer Experience projects.

Your business stakeholders will include Marketing, Sales and Service functions which you will collaborate with to ensure your clients achieve a fully integrated strategy and market leading results.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

- Driving and delivering Customer Experience Strategies to a variety of new and existing clients ensuring they are providing true value and delivered in a timely manner

-  Building a reputation as a subject matter expert, ensuring the development and growth of effective CX capabilities within the company

- Develop and grow key client relationships


Competencies expected from this hire will include

- Strong professional competency leading and developing a team in a calm, inovation led and sometimes ambiguous environment

- Commercially savvy, motivational role model to lead and develop a team in a sometimes dispersed and complex environment

- Good understanding and appreciation of dealing with Board level stakeholders to focus on strong and strategic partnership growth

- Drive projects from conception to implementation accurately, building successful outcomes and partnerships with clients

- Strong and commercial focus with a proven track record of project Service and Delivery

- Influential, knowledgeable and a true thought leader in the CX market

- Intuitive and sustainable approach to core business objectives
