This medium size Accounting Firm is seeking a Receptionist to work from their Inner East Melbourne Office. The Firm is very well known and has a great vibrant, fun and collaborative culture. 


You will be responsible for:
  • Reception - Meet and greet clients and being the first point of contact
  • Answering incoming and external calls  
  • Client hospitality 
  • Setting up new clients on MYOB AE
  • Daily mail 
  • Banking 
  • Tidying of kitchen
  • Ordering kitchen supplies online
  • Ad hoc duties


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly professional, quick thinker with a can do attitude
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experienece with MYOB AE is a must have
