  • Act as a key IT Support Technician in the call centre where you will be heavily involved with providing helpdesk support services for our major clients
  • Perform remote installations, configurations, scheduled/ad-hoc maintenance and remotely resolve issues with standalone/network-connected devices and software solutions
  • Assist in the identification and development of tools and processes required for the continual improvement of the fault management and service assurance process
  • Meet all customer reporting requirements regarding maintenance, diagnosis of faults and recommendations for improved performance
  • Use your A+ troubleshooting skill and working knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server operating systems (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, etc. with basic knowledge of Server 2012 R2, 2008, etc.) and Mac OSX
  • Contribute to our team effort and culture of "One Team, One Voice, One Goal"


  • Prior experience working with either Papercut, StreamlineNX, Equitrac, Laserfiche or GlobalScan will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service position and high attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work proactively and independently
  • Availability to work flexible hours (rostered between 8am to 8pm) as well as the potential for 24/7 on-call support
  • Candidates will be required to undergo Police and Probity Checks
