Client Details

FutureYou have partnered with a professional services accounting firm who are looking to grow their team. They currently have 2 partners and 20 people in the office, they are a growing firm with plans to double this by the end of 2019.
Due to growth, they require a permanent Client Service Coordinator/Administrator to join their internal accounting and admin team. 
 

Description
  • Assisting with various ATO matters and the firm’s workflow
  • Assisting Directors with various ad-hoc tasks including new client onboarding, entity establishment etc
  • Assisting client managers with the clients’ needs including liaising with clients, invoicing, and other ad hoc tasks
  • Assisting with various corporate secretarial services / ASIC obligations
  • You may also be asked to do the bookkeeping for the firm or clients
  • General office administration including collation, maintaining database, procedures, filing, answering phone, preparing marketing material, office function coordination and other admin duties
Profile
  • We are looking for a candidate with solid admin experience in working in an office
  • environment with excellent computer skills including:
  • Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Eager to learn new things
  • Dedication to meet deadlines
  • Corporate secretarial knowledge and exposure to CAS BGL is an advantage
  • Previous experience working with accounting or other professional service firms
  • would be highly regarded
  • Exposure to Xero and MYOB would be an advantage

Job Offer
