  • Develop the short and long term commercial strategy’s
  • Analysis and planning around emerging customers and channels
  • Lead the architecture of the commercial strategy
  • Drive activity effectiveness and productivity quality
  • Initiate efficient go-to-market execution models
  • Track and identify environmental trends to support brand strategy’s
  • Lead you team to optimum excellence


  • You will come from an extensive FMCG background with a top Tier business
  • Have thorough working exposure across Marketing, Category, Account and Field management 
  • You have had multi channel exposure most important Coles and Woolworths
  • Strong analytical ability identifying trends and building strong business cases
  • Creating compelling commercial recommendation
  • Have lead teams and place the utmost importance on heir decelopment
