Application Support Analyst

Description

  • Support Oracle SAAS / PAAS business applications as required on an operational day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure the efficient and stable operation of the relevant business applications thereby ensuring high levels of business satisfaction.
  • Provide support for incidents and problems escalated from internal and external support partners during business hours.
  • Work with Oracle and Oracle support partners to resolve incidents raised by the business.
  • Provide afterhours support via escalation from internal and external support partners and others as required.
  • Assist with resolution of more complex technical issues as identified by the first line support analysts.
  • Work with Oracle Support Partner for SAAS / PAAS application upgrades, patching and minor works activities with external vendors and internal teams, including assisting with the facilitation of the appropriate level of system and user acceptance testing and change management.
  • Assist with continual system & process improvements.
  • Working with the application vendors to ensure they deliver according to agreed SLA’s.


Profile

  • Oracle Fusion support experience or simialr such as Dell Boomi, Oracle SOA, other supply chain systems
  • Previous experience supporting enterprise cloud or “on-prem” ERP systems.
  • Experience monitoring, managing and supporting EDI solutions
  • Previous experience in performing system configuration, maintenance, staging, interfacing and working in project teams.
  • Experience in product and vendor management.
  • QSR experience would be highly regarded.


Job Offer

Permanent, full time position, $130,000 plus bonus plus super
