This is a great opportunity for an experienced Litigation Assistant looking for a role that will grow with them.
Supporting a busy team you will be responsible for:
- diary management
- document and correspondence preparation including court documents
- filing and document management
- monthly billing and timesheet entry
- track changes and marking up of legal documents
- arranging meetings
- liaising with clients
- other general administrative duties and support as required
They are searching for a career Legal Assistant who can bring their experience and strong organisational skills to the role. The successful candidate will bring at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within commercial litigation, along with the motivation to take ownership of their next role and build a long-term relationship with their key operators. A strong work ethic, the ability to manage conflicting priorities and keep on top of deadlines are some of the key qualities we are looking for in addition to sound Microsoft Office skills and experience in Open practice.
Competitive salary remuneration package based upon experience $60,000 - $65,000 + super.
