Description

This is a truly unique opportunity as roles like this do not come up often in the Melbourne market.  As Business Director you will work closely with the GM and MD to drive the agencies office from both an output and profitability perspective but also culturally ensuring a happy, engaged and challenged workforce.  In addition you will sit as part of the senior leadership team for he agency nationally, providing input into client strategy, new business pitches and growth opportunities.


 
Profile

To be successful in this role you will have operated and achieved in a leadership level marketing and/or communications role.  This would likely be agency side, or you could be client side but with some agency experience earlier in your career.   Most importantly you will be a commercial, results orientated operator who has experience running a P&L and will have a nose for sniffing out business opportunities whilst maximising profitability.  You will be adept at building strong relationships both with your clients and your team and will enjoy the softer aspects of building a healthy, open and collaborative office culture.
