Client Details

I am seeking a Personal Assistant to work for a National mid to large tier Law firm based in the CBD. 


Duties will include:
  • Client liaison - build a rapport and trust with clients
  • Diary, email management and booking meetings
  • Extensive dictation
  • Billings
  • Coordinating travel
  • Take and screen phone calls
  • Document, correspondence and presentation creation
  • Preparation, collation and distribution of meeting papers and reports
  • All general administration duties

To be successful you must have the following:
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Legal PA / Secretary
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Very ‘tech savvy’, able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Outstanding client relations / communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to think on your feet and remain calm in a fast paced environment
  • A proactive, flexible and friendly attitude
  • An appreciation of confidentiality and discretion
Job Offer

Competitive salary remuneration package based upon experience $70,000 - $80,000 + super.
