Client Details

Our client is a Global leading FMCG business with extraordinary market penetration and a strong high performing culture. The have a very unique opportunity to be the conduit between NPD, Marketing and supply chain in this project based New Product Introduction role. This is an integral role within the business and whilst it is initially a 12 month contract the internal policy is to support and promote people through out the business so you never know where this may lead. 
 

Description

Project manage cross functionally and manage your team of three
Ensure compliance and brand standards are adhered too
Completion of product trials in line with global and regional initiatives
Successfully deliver new product introductions through B2B to end consumer
Modification and SKU rationalization
Mitigate and report on any market/delivery risk
Manage the supply chain roll out and championship the process driving best practice
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels on to align priorities
Work closely with Global brand teams, regional and end user marketing OPS and account managers

Profile

Excellent knowledge of Prince 2 principles and disciplines
Solid understanding of supply chain principles and systems
Working exposure to Marketing and brand teams 
Ability to manage multiple complex projects
Exceptional verbal and written skills
Strong proven leadership 
Ability to effectively influence with a high level of EQ

Job Offer

This is a senior role within the business with a renumeration close to $200k commensurate for experience and whilst this is a 12 month contract the business offers a lot of scope for advancement and redeployment across the teams and region should that be desirable.
