Client Details

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the front desk area
  • Meet and greet clients and being the first point of contact
  • Answering incoming and external calls  
  • Dealing with queries, taking messages, transfer to appropriate person and email correspondence
  • Book and set up meeting rooms
  • Ad hoc administration ie filling, photocopying, document preparation and database management   


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly professional, quick thinker with a can do attitude
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
