Client Details

Our client is a globally recognized financial services firm (ASX) specializing in the provision of financial services in the areas of Lending, Advisory and Asset Servicing. 

The Collections Officer will ensure the timely collection and maintenance of client accounts. Duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 
  • Outbound calls to existing clients regarding their accounts
  • Negotiate the collection of outstanding mortgage payment
  • Communicate with clients in a respectful manner and build rapport
  • Maintain accurate account records, ensuring all relevant customer information is obtained and updated
  • Ensure that all accounts in arrears are tasked, followed up and kept to a minimum
  • Work in a team environment 

The idea candidate will: 
  • Have 1 years’ experience in a collections role and have a strong focus on service
  • Have a direct and candid approach
  • Have a positive attitude and enjoy working within a team environment
  • Enjoy job autonomy and managing your own work
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Have sound judgment and decision making abilities
  • Have the ability to influence and negotiate with others
Job Offer
