Client Details

FutureYou have partnered with a nationwide property organisation in the recruitment of a Payroll Project Officer to join their team. Due to some scheduled streamlining and process improvement project work going on, they are looking for a contractor to join the team and assist for 3 - 6 months. 

You will be working alongside the stand alone Payroll Manager.

This organisation are growing in strength, with their brand now being more prominent across Australia. They take pride in their internal processes therefore, are ensuring their payroll systems are up to date with market standards.
 

Description

This role will be heavily focused on Payroll Projects with some processing where necessary.

You will need to make recommendations of streamlining their processes as well as upgrading their systems, therefore system knowledge of Chris 21 or iChris is essential. You will be assisting the Payroll Manager in the processing of their 300 employees, weekly. Calculating superannuation, tax and interpreting enterprise agreements. 


Profile

In order to be considered please ensure you have Chris 21 or iChris experience as well as experience processing end to end payroll. They also use Time Target as their time and attendance but this isn't essential. 

Job Offer

In return you will receive $35 - $40 p/hour + super - they are located next to Town Hall station, which is accessible for all transport links. This is a 3 - 6 month temporary position, depending on how long the projects take.
