You will be joining a fast paced NFP who provide a range of services for the Australian community. This organisation have a huge impact on people's lives, they provide various levels of support and aim to create long lasting relationships within the community.

 

 

Description

 

Working in this fast paced role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high level support to the CEO and the board
  • Diary management, email correspondence, managing meeting rooms, availability, travel and catering
  • Board support, agenda preparation, distribution of board paper and minute taking
  • General administrative tasks; scanning, filing and reporting
  • Communicating professional with internal and external stakeholders
 

 

Profile

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly professional and able to think on your feet
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point is imperative
