Client Details


A well known legal firm based in Melbourne CBD are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team on a  full time, permanent basis. This high profile organisation provide outstanding service to their clients, they have an excellent culture and are going through a phase of growth. 




In your new role, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with telephone queries and email correspondence
  • Data entry, sorting and distribution of mail
  • Document management including scanning and filling
  • Maintaining records and other ad hoc administration duties




To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on your own, as well as part of a large team
  • The ability to multitask, organise and manage your time
  • Experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel is essential
