Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high quality, executive level administrative support to the Executive Director Global Partnerships and Engagement. The nature of the position requires regular contact with the senior managers and leaders in external agencies and companies, government officials and staff in other educational institutions, as well as broadly across the University. The Executive Assistant is expected to support and collaborate to establish and maintain robust, consistent portfolio-wide systems and processes.

 

Profile

Important to this role will be your extensive experience and/or exposure to working in a fast-paced environment with high demands to meet deadlines and ensure customer service is delivered to the best possible standards. Your high-level computer skills and ability to prepare quality presentations, meeting materials and papers with the focus on accuracy and attention to detail will enable you to succeed in this position. We are seeking candidates with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and with the ability to work effectively, flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues within and beyond the immediate work unit, contributing to the achievement of team goals.
