Our client is a Global name in the retail space. They are investing heavily in their digital presence and are looking to refine their portfolio online to maximise sales and conversion.
Joining the marketing team and reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Ecommerce Lead will be responsible for leveraging the product portfolio through all third party retail platforms.
The organisation are investing heavily in their digital platforms globally and the Ecommerce Lead will be part of significant digital transformation.
The Ecommerce Lead will be responsible for developing the short and long term ecommerce strategy and execution plan for the third party retailers in line with consumer trends and ecommerce best practice.
You will be analysing the customer journey at every point and be responsible for refining the luxury customer experience to drive sales and conversion.
The successful candidate will be degree educated in a relevant subject. You will have proven experience in ecommerce retail, ideally from within luxury or premium brands and you will understand how a luxury / premium customer behaves.
The Ecommerce Lead will have experience with ecommerce platforms and knowledge of CMS platforms would be ideal. You will be highly analytical with strong planning and presentation skills.
