Our client has a focus on health and wellbeing underpinning all of their Brands of which there are many in market that you will recognize as a household name. They have some really exciting new product launches coming in 2019 to which you will be directly  responsible, these bare again focused on heath and wellbeing so it is highly preferable you have come from a business that has had brands with a similar focus so you can throw all your market knowledge at launching these brands successfully. You will be welcomed in to a highly collaborative business with a fantastic culture of inclusion where we have placed many candidates who can testify to no politics, great support and great atmosphere. 

Description

  • Thorougher understanding of the brands and health and well being market
  • Keep up to date on consumer and shopper trends
  • Develop impact advertising and promotional activity
  • develop all POS collateral and branding
  • Forecasting and performance reporting
  • Develop trade and sponsorship opportunities
  • Create meaningful insights to drive brand story
  • Identify and develop innovation and NPD pipeline
  • Set pricing and channel strategies collaborating closely with Sales


Profile

  • You will have experience with brands aligned to health and well being 
  • Have successful launched new brands in to market
  • Extensive exposure to the grocery and pharmacy channels
  • You have managed a P&L and have a high commercial acumen
  • working knowledge of Aztec and Nielsen is highly desirable
