Currently there’s an opportunity for a passionate Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety Senior Associate.
About the Role:
You will be joining a team that offers a comprehensive range of workplace legal services and you will work on high-end and often complex issues. This role offers the full range of employment law matters including enterprise bargaining, enforcing restraints of trade, enforcing confidentiality obligations and dealing with disputes involving discrimination, unfair dismissals, general protections, breaches of enterprise agreements, industrial action, executive employees and redundancies.
To ensure success you will have at least five years post admission experience gained from a reputable firm. Attributes essential for the role include an aptitude for providing clients with commercial legal solutions, the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationship, and an interest in developing a practice.
